FINISH AND LOADING FEATURES

Why Choose a Galvanized Car Carrier?

This double-deck car carrier combines a galvanized finish with adjustable upper platforms and rear loading ramps. The coating protects the steelwork; the deck arrangement accommodates different car and SUV sizes.

Zinc-Coated Steelwork

The zinc coating helps protect the coated steelwork from corrosion during outdoor use. It forms a protective layer on the steel beneath.

Upper Decks That Fit the Vehicle Mix

Upper platform sections adjust in height and angle to make room for cars below. This allows different arrangements for sedans and taller SUVs.

Rear Drive-On Access

Rear ramps connect the ground to the lower deck. The open sides give a clear view of the wheel tracks as vehicles move into position.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

How Is a Galvanized Car Carrier Built?

Production starts with the trailer design, followed by cutting, beam fabrication and frame welding. Surface finishing and component assembly complete the galvanized car carrier.

  1. Trailer Design

The frame, upper and lower platforms, axle positions and rear ramps are laid out before fabrication starts.

  2. Steel Cutting

Steel plates and sections are cut to size for the beams, crossmembers and platform supports.

  3. Main Beam Fabrication

The main beam sections are formed and welded, creating the lengthwise supports for the trailer frame.

  4. Frame Assembly

The main beams and crossmembers are positioned together to form the chassis.

  5. Frame Welding

The frame joints, support brackets and reinforcement plates are welded in place.

  6. Deck Fabrication

The wheel tracks and platform sections are fitted and welded to form the car carrier's loading decks.

  7. Surface Preparation and Finish

Weld areas and rough edges are ground smooth. Parts selected for galvanizing then receive surface cleaning and a zinc coating.

  8. Axle and Component Assembly

The axles, suspension and brake lines are installed, along with the platform lifting equipment, ramps and lighting.

  9. Completed Trailer

Final checks cover platform movement, ramp operation, fasteners and lights before the trailer is prepared for delivery.

BUYER QUESTIONS

FAQ

Answers to common questions about the three-axle detachable gooseneck trailer, configuration review and quotation requirements.

What is a three-axle detachable gooseneck trailer?

It is a lowbed semi-trailer with three axles and a gooseneck designed to detach or separate according to the approved mechanism. The final operating method depends on the supplied hydraulic or mechanical system.

What equipment can it transport?

It may be configured for excavators, construction machinery and other heavy equipment when the cargo dimensions, weight distribution, loading method and route are suitable. Confirm the equipment data before ordering.

What information is needed for a quote?

Send the equipment model, operating weight, length, width, height, track spacing, centre of gravity if available, loading method, tractor details, destination and expected quantity.

What payload can the three-axle trailer carry?

The payload must be confirmed for the actual frame, axle, suspension, braking, cargo distribution and route. Request the approved quotation and engineering drawing instead of relying on a general rating.

Is the gooseneck hydraulic or mechanical?

Confirm the mechanism in the three-axle quotation and drawing. The operating flow, controls, locking points and safety checks must match the actual supplied system.

Can the trailer be customized?

The proposed scope can include the deck, gooseneck, axles, suspension, tyres, braking, electrical system, cargo securing and identification items. Each option remains subject to engineering review and quotation confirmation.

How are the final specifications confirmed?

The technical scope should be checked against the approved quotation and engineering drawing before production. Any change should be recorded in the final project documents.
