3 Axle Flatbed Trailer for Containers and General Cargo
This trailer has a full deck with container locks, not the open frame of a skeleton chassis. The deck also carries steel sections, pipe bundles or crated freight. With no upright side stakes, long pieces can be loaded from either side without working around posts.
The front headboard is fixed. The toolbox, side guard and landing legs sit below the platform.

What Is Fitted Below the Deck?
REAR RUNNING GEAR
Mechanical leaf springs
Leaf-spring packs sit above the axle beams. Brake chambers and hoses are mounted within the rear assembly.
SIDE EQUIPMENT
Toolbox and side guard
The toolbox hangs below the side rail. The guard runs beside it, and a landing leg stands further forward. All three stay below the loading floor.
PLATFORM LAYOUT
Is the Loading Deck Open on All Sides?
No. A fixed headboard stands at the front. Both long sides and the rear are open.
Fixed headboard
The lower half is a solid panel. The upper half is an open frame, with no side walls attached to it.
Open sides, deck locks
Container locking fittings sit along the side rails. No upright stakes are fitted between them.
No rear tailgate
The deck ends at the rear crossmember. Lamps sit in the panel below it; there is no fixed tailgate above the deck.
CARGO ON THE DECK
What Changes When the Load Is Not a Container?
The container locking devices connect to container corner fittings. Freight placed directly on the floor needs a different securing arrangement.
Container corners meet the deck locks
The lock layout, not the trailer's overall length alone, determines which container arrangement fits.
Other freight rests on the floor
Steel sections, pipe bundles and crates need support and tie-downs suited to the load. This build has no side stakes to contain them.
The fixed front headboard stays in place for either use; it does not replace cargo tie-downs.

Can I See the Actual 3 Axle Flatbed Trailer?
This is the same orange unit shown in the product photos, filmed at the CHENLU factory. The opening view takes in the whole trailer; close-ups move to the parts that are hard to judge in a wide photograph.
Nothing is loaded on the deck, so the platform, side fittings and underframe remain visible.
IN THE WALKAROUND
Deck and headboard
The solid lower headboard rises into an open upper frame. The long sides have no upright stakes interrupting the deck.
Support and storage
Landing legs stand beneath the front section. The side toolbox is mounted below the loading floor, not on it.
Running gear and rear
Closer views cover the leaf-spring packs and brake parts around the three axles, followed by the rear lamp panel.

How Does This Flatbed Handle Containers and Other Loads?
Can the same trailer carry containers and other cargo?
Yes. It has a full platform with container locking devices. Steel sections, pipe bundles and crated freight can also be placed on the deck, with support and restraint suited to each load.
How is a container held on the platform?
The deck locks engage the container's corner fittings. Container size and corner spacing must match the fitted lock positions; overall trailer length alone does not establish the fit.
Are the upright side posts shown in the drawing fitted?
No. The marked upright side posts are not fitted to the finished orange trailer. Its front headboard is fixed, while the sides and rear remain open.
Is 13,000 mm the usable loading length?
No. The drawing gives 13,000 mm as the overall trailer length and 2,500 mm as the overall width. Neither figure is a clear-deck measurement.
Do the container locks secure pipe or steel placed on the deck?
No. Those locks are for container corner fittings. Freight loaded directly on the platform needs its own support and restraint arrangement, matched to the cargo and the trailer's anchorage points.
What suspension is fitted to this three-axle trailer?
The photographed trailer has three rear axles with mechanical leaf-spring suspension.
