Three-Axle Flatbed Semi-Trailer Prepared for Chile

September 24, 2026

CHENLU has finished preparing a blue three-axle flatbed semi-trailer for a customer in Chile. Before leaving the factory, the completed unit was coupled to the tractor and checked as a full transport combination. The load on the deck was covered with a green tarpaulin and tied down for the next stage of the journey.

The trailer has a long open deck, a tridem rear axle group, side protection and a lockable toolbox. The factory team photographed the complete combination after the load and loose items had been packed.

Prepared for the trip to Chile

The tarpaulin is drawn down along both sides of the load and secured around the deck. From the rear, the three axles, lighting, reflective markings and mudflaps remain clearly visible. The photographs give the customer a straightforward record of the unit before it moves into the next transport stage.

Axle count is only one part of a flatbed order. Deck length, cargo footprint, loading direction, support points, restraint positions and tractor compatibility must work together. The CHENLU flatbed semi-trailer range outlines the main layouts available for this type of work.

Spare parts packed with the trailer

The side-mounted toolbox was used to keep three spare kingpins and a wrapped accessory with the trailer. Packing these items in the lockable compartment keeps them together and leaves the main deck clear.

With the toolbox closed, it sits neatly inside the side-protection area. The open-box view records the parts supplied with this order before the unit leaves the factory.

A quotation should start with the actual cargo: overall dimensions, working weight, loading method and required restraint points. The destination port, tractor details and intended route also affect the final drawing. Local dimension and axle-load requirements should be checked before the production configuration is confirmed.
